1. Issuing & Ownership

o Discount cards are issued by North Bar at its sole discretion and remain the property of the company at all times.

o Cards may be issued directly to companies for distribution to their employees. Cards may only be used by current employees of the named company.

o Cards are not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.

2. Use of the Card

o The card must be presented at the point of purchase to claim the discount. Discounts cannot be applied after the transaction is completed.

o Only one discount card may be used per transaction. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

o The discount applies to food and drink purchases only, unless otherwise stated by North Bar.

3. Exclusions & Restrictions

o The discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers, event tickets, or private hire bookings, and does not apply on selected dates (including New Year’s Eve and other special events as specified by North Bar).

o The card cannot be used to obtain cashback or in conjunction with loyalty schemes.

o Any misuse of the card (including unauthorised use by non-employees of the company, resale, or fraudulent activity) may result in the card being cancelled without notice.

4. Validity & Withdrawal

o Cards are valid until the expiry date shown (if applicable) or until withdrawn by North Bar.

o North Bar reserves the right to amend or withdraw the discount scheme, or to cancel any card, at any time and without liability.

o Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not automatically be replaced; re-issue is at North Bar’s discretion.

5. Acceptance of Terms

o Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

o North Bar reserves the right to refuse service or discount where these Terms & Conditions are not met.
