Obviously Beer is our weapon of choice, but we care about drinks of all persuasions. We have a superb selection of spirits, including the finest Rums, Bourbons & Whiskeys known to man. All served as a continental style 35ml measure.
We’ve got great Wine, Coffee, Pop – you name it kidda! Apart from WKD and all that shite.
North has around 50 types of whiskey (and whisky), 30 rums, loads of oddball spirits & liqueurs, 10 gins and a smattering of vodka… Here’s some recommendations
Crazy, crazy, crazy Viginian single malt whisky from the Copper Fox distillery in Sperryville. The malt used in this is malted and smoked on site with oak, apple & cherry wood smoke. It’s warm and spicy with a hefty dose of cherry wood, and lots of subtler spicy notes like paprika and cinnamon. Perhaps not really for the faint of heart but a truly unique product and somewhat rare so get it while it’s available.
Secret formula super rum from The Dominican Republic, smooth and very complex indeed, a combinations of toffee, pickling spices (!) and lanolin on the nose followed by some what more expected roasted nut, dark caramel, butter, spice, tobacco leaf and vanilla bean in yer gob.
